The short-turn carving instrument
Ideal for razor-sharp, nimble turns
Control every phase of the arc with pinpoint precision on the Freecarver 6000s – the razor-sharp carving specialist for tight turns in close quarters. Engineered around a full camber and compact six-meter sidecut, it bites into corduroy and rails through turns with exceptional grip. Race, boardercross and freeride DNA, translated into the most agile carving board we make, the Freecarver 6000s gives riders the ultimate on-piste edge.
Size guide:
The Freecarver 6000s has a carving-specific outline to optimize performance on piste. We recommend the 150N for boot sizes up to US 8 and the 154N or 158N for sizes up to US 9. For sizes above US 9 we recommend the standard width.

Key benefits
Medium flex for balanced and intuitive board feel
Carving directional shape for turn power on piste
Short sidecut for carving tight turns

Carving Directional
A purpose-built directional shape engineered for turns on piste and precision on edge. A narrower waist, pronounced sidecut and long effective edge work together for riders who carve hard and want their board to respond in kind.
True Medium Camber
True camber profile with a more mellow bend between the inserts. This strikes a great balance of response, grip and pop, while offering a more playful and maneuverable feel at slower speeds.
High Traction Tech
High Traction Tech features three bumps per edge (front binding, board center, back binding). The middle bump is bigger than the outside bumps for better grip and control.
Low Tapered
A subtle taper that aids directional performance but keeps the ride feeling balanced and dynamic on piste and resort terrain. Popular with riders who like to carve the resort or push freestyle in the backcountry, without giving up versatility on the powder days. Any shape with a taper of less than 10mm between the nose and tail.
Dual-Radius Flip Tips
Dual-Radius Flip Tips increase the ramp angle in the nose and/or tail on boards with more compact outlines. The extra clearance between the board's ends and the snow limits hang ups or diving under the snow in deeper conditions.
