Rude Boys offers free shipping on all regular-priced items of orders $100 or more, before taxes, to a valid address within Canada. Products that are on sale will be charged for shipping costs. All sale and clearance items are final sales.

Rude Boys acknowledges that during these difficult and unknown times of the pandemic, we take it very seriously; therefore, the store follows the Alberta Health Services guidelines that have been put in place for the safety of our staff, customers, and community. Sales are exchange only to ensure the safety of our team and everyone involved. We offer store credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase. The item purchased must have all original packaging/tags intact and must not have been worn. In addition, we will also need the receipt to prove the date of purchase and that it was purchased from the shop. Rude Boys being a small shop, we, unfortunately, cannot afford to be paying for the item to be returned to us, the cost for shipping will be the purchaser’s cost.



How long will it take for my product to ship?

We Ship out online orders Monday to Friday, between 10 am-12pm MST. If your purchase is made after this time it will be shipped out the following business working day.  You can expect an email confirming your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Most packages take 5-7 business days to arrive from the day it has been picked up from the shop.  Please leave a longer lead time around Holidays, and please understand that once the order has been picked up, how long shipping takes is completely out of our hands.  Shipping will be absolutely crazy around Christmas time on top of Covid, the earlier you can get your Christmas order in the better.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do! Although this might take a little longer to process, if you have an alternative address, we highly recommend using it.



How does instore pick up work?

Rude Boys offers in-store pick-up for your convince, which is the easiest way to ensure your items purchased are in your hands the fastest way possible. Once we have set aside your purchase, we will confirm with you in an email that your order is ready to be picked up! If you have not heard from us within 72 hours of finalizing your purchase, don’t hesitate to reach out via email; or give us a call at 1-403-762-8211


You were out of stock and now I want my refund!

We are soo incredibly sorry for this inconvenience, we will always call or email you if we do not have your product in stock and issue you a refund or an alternative.  If we issue a refund please allow at least 5 business days for the refund to show up in your account, anything longer than 10 business days is not right so we ask you to get in contact with us immediately!
