This gives you the benefits of both camber and rocker: camber gives you stability, pop, and edge hold, while rocker gives you forgiveness, playfulness, and float. The Benchwarmer is ideal for riders who like to hit big jumps and rails, as well as carve fast turns on groomers.
The Benchwarmer also has an Asymmetric shape, which means it has different sidecuts for the heel and toe edges. This makes it easier to turn on your heelside, which is usually harder than your toeside. The Asymmetric shape also improves your balance and control, as well as your stance alignment. The Benchwarmer also has some awesome tech features that make it a high-quality board. It has Carbon Array 3, which is a network of carbon fibers that enhance power transfer and pop. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Impact Plates Laminates:
Added underneath each binding area to improve compressive strength and prevent board breaks where it matters most. Offered in two levels, Single and Double.
Quadratic Sidecut:
Blending of three radii to improve turn initiation/exit while providing the best grip possible. This design is uniquely formulated for each model based on its shape and riding style.
Asymmetric Shaping:
Asymmetric sidecut shaping improves heelside turn initiation and control. Offering perfect balance while turning through different radii for the heel and toe side edges, the board just feels right!
