An ode to 2001, the Transfer Jacket features muted color blocking and lanyard inspired trims updated with modern tech for today's demands.
A LIMITED EDITION REISSUE
The 2001 season was a turning point for 686 and snowboarding in general. Founder, Michael Akira West had begun spending more time in the bigger mountains of Utah and BC and decided to design what the factory would call, "The most complex jacket they'd ever produced." Technically robust — the Transfer Jacket spoke to the athletic tech influence on snow and skate at the time. Muted color blocking, lanyard inspired trims, the Transfer is a true classic that stands up today.
